How we use inquiry information.

The inquiry form collects your name, work email and company, plus any optional role, website, industry, ERP, trading role, communication channels, business challenge, desired outcome, transaction volume, partner count and pilot timing you provide.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your business needs and discuss a potential NeurWare engagement. The form does not ask you to upload contracts, credentials or transaction records. Please do not include sensitive business data.

How the inquiry is delivered

The form sends your entries to FormSubmit over HTTPS. FormSubmit processes the submission, provides spam verification and emails it to designpartner@neurware.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; emailed inquiries are also retained in our mailbox for follow-up.

Your choices

Only name, work email and company are required. You can leave other fields blank or contact us directly by email. For questions about an inquiry or to request correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact hello@neurware.com.

Business data in a pilot

An inquiry does not authorize access to your systems or sharing of partner data. A pilot’s data scope, processing responsibilities and access boundaries are agreed separately.
