Create value from the commerce you conduct today. Build the foundation for the agentic commerce ahead.
Help clients uncover opportunities through intelligence, access new capabilities through business applications, and coordinate outcomes through governed orchestration across their partners.
Our Control Tower brings commercial activity into view. See, Govern and Orchestrate provide the foundation for better decisions and authorized action across company boundaries.
Bring transactions, relationships, commitments and exceptions into view. Give people and agents the context to make better decisions.
Apply agreed terms, policies and delegated authority to proposed commercial actions, with evidence and human oversight where needed.
Connect the next approved step across parties, applications and agents, from exception resolution to fulfillment and settlement.
A connected intercompany economy where businesses create value through coordinated processes, shared intelligence, and a new generation of business applications.
NeurWare provides the trusted foundation for people, partners, and agents to turn insight into authorized action across company boundaries.
Connect decisions, approvals and actions across customers, suppliers, banks, insurers, PCard issuers, logistics providers and legal firms. Each participant contributes its capabilities within agreed terms and delegated authority.
Use permitted business evidence to reveal risks, forecasts and commercial opportunities. Shared or anonymized data supports intelligence only where participants opt in and the agreed permissions allow it.
Enable purpose-built applications for credit intelligence, multi-tier inventory visibility, financing discovery, marketplaces and carbon accounting. Applications can use intelligence and participate in orchestrations, while delivering value in their own right.
Use verified fulfillment, payment and dispute history to inform counterparty credit scores and risk assessments, with permissioned data and transparent supporting evidence.
Extend visibility one tier further, then across participating supply-chain tiers. Understand available, committed and in-transit inventory to identify shortages and coordinate responses.
An n+1 view, enabled by each party’s agreement to share.
Surface invoice, purchase-order and inventory financing opportunities. Give participating financiers transaction evidence, fulfillment status and agreed obligations to evaluate eligibility.
Help buyers and suppliers discover suitable counterparties, available supply and commercial opportunities across connected marketplaces, with identity, capability and authority in context.
Connect product, shipment and supplier evidence to support emissions accounting and carbon-credit tracking, including provenance, ownership and retirement records where verified registry data is available.
Coordinate a response across inventory, purchasing, logistics and financing. Keep each consequential action within the participating parties’ agreements, permissions and approval rules.
Imagine a delayed shipment. A visibility application identifies the gap. A discovery application finds alternative supply. A risk application evaluates the counterparty. A financing partner assesses the proposed trade. Logistics coordinates delivery.
NeurWare’s role is to provide shared context, apply commercial governance and coordinate authorized steps, while people, partners and specialist applications perform their roles.
This is the larger ambition: an ecosystem of applications built by NeurWare and partners on a common intercompany foundation. Data access and actions follow each participant’s permissions.
Our initial focus is Observe Mode, the Control Tower and exception intelligence using existing transactions. Executable agreements and governance establish the foundation for progressively more capable applications and agents.
Start with one process, demonstrate value and expand as evidence, agreements and participation deepen.
Explore the transformation pathThese principles guide how we build NeurWare and work with clients and partners.
Measure progress through better decisions, less manual effort, reliable execution and stronger economic outcomes.
Keep commitments, information, decisions and results traceable. Make uncertainty visible so people and agents can act with appropriate confidence.
Act within approved terms and delegated permissions, with accountable human oversight and clear responsibility for consequential decisions.
Work with existing systems, demonstrate value and expand autonomy as readiness and evidence justify it.
Help clients and partners create value together while respecting their data, consent and commercial interests. Participation and sharing remain controlled by agreed permissions.
Intercompany commerce demands a team that understands both how businesses operate and how dependable platforms get built. Steve Roach and Neil Harrington bring complementary experience across enterprise transformation, supply-chain finance, telecom infrastructure and digital financial markets.
Steve has spent more than three decades building enterprise businesses and translating complex operational challenges into technology and commercial value. He founded and led LSI Consulting for more than 23 years, co-founded attune, and served as co-founder and Chairman of the Executive Board at Skyscend, focused on supply-chain financing.
Earlier, he helped establish SAP subsidiaries across Central and Eastern Europe. As executive consultant to MIT’s SAP reengineering program, his work spanned enterprise security, B2B XML messaging, punch-out catalogs, PCard applications and master data governance—many of the foundations of connected commerce.
At NeurWare, Steve connects enterprise realities, partner economics and customer outcomes to the opportunity for a new generation of intercompany applications and orchestrations.
Steve on LinkedInNeil brings more than three decades of engineering and product leadership, taking complex platforms from concept to market. At Oracle, he managed a $100M+ core mobile-network product portfolio, led SaaS incubation for next-generation services, and headed a global engineering organization supporting monetization products across 3G, 4G and 5G networks.
At Securrency and DTCC Digital Assets, he led product management and delivery for blockchain-based financial infrastructure, with a focus on compliance, transparency and analytics. Earlier leadership at Nortel and Velleros included telecom ecosystems, cloud operations and nationwide wireless emergency-alerting services.
At NeurWare, Neil brings that platform discipline to interoperable systems, governed execution and enterprise-grade agentic AI—turning the vision into architecture, products and operational capability.
Neil on LinkedInSteve brings the experience of building businesses, working through enterprise transformation and connecting trade to working capital. Neil brings the experience of engineering and delivering platforms where interoperability, reliability and governance matter.
Together, those perspectives connect three ambitions: intelligence that improves decisions, applications that create new value, and orchestration that coordinates authorized work across partners. That combination shapes how we are preparing clients for agentic commerce.
We are building NeurWare with design partners: start with a real operating problem, demonstrate value, and expand as evidence, governance and participation deepen.
